At this stage we can now act as your exclusive private buying agent in the UK.

We explore all options available both on and off-market through estate agents and our extensive network of contacts.

Short list & Viewings
We then compile a shortlist of all the suitable properties and arrange live tour viewings at your convenience on your selected properties.

Negotiation
Once we have found your perfect home, we then conduct thorough research to establish the current market value of the property. Your identity will be completely confidential and we will negotiate on your behalf and on your instructions.
7.
Exchange & Completion
We will liaise with all parties throughout the process, so your input is kept to a minimum. We also ensure that the various parties have exactly what they need at the right time to reduce unnecessary delays. In the build-up to Exchange of Contracts, we will also start to schedule any other services you may require.
